The Billingsgate Seafood Training School is located on the first floor of Billingsgate Fish Market next to Canary Wharf, London, England.
The school has been established as a charitable company with the aim of promoting the awareness of fish in young people and to increase by way of professional courses, the knowledge of those already working in the industry in such areas as fishmongering, supermarkets, restaurants, hotels.
The School also offers the General Public practical seafood preparation and cookery courses. Free training courses are offered to schools as part of the Schools Education Programme.
